Our Four-Step Placement Process

Step Three: Interview Potential Candidates
After our Placement Coordinator has found a few potential candidates for you, they will provide you with their initial information, such as a short biography about themselves. If you are interested in meeting with them, we will schedule an interview for you and provide you with a guide to assist with any questions you may have.
Step Four: Welcoming Your New Nanny!
Once you have found a nanny that you believe will work well with your family, we recommend going through a “trial period” to assess if they will be a good fit for you. Our agency will be by your side throughout the entire process and offer advice for any questions or concerns that you may have.
